A. Scopes4U.com is an e-commerse retailer of
Sports Optics. Our goal is to supply our customers with the latest sports
optics, from basic to high-end quality products, at a very reasonable and
competitive price.
Q. 2. What payment options and terms are
available at Scopes4U? A. In order to best meet your needs,
we offer a variety of easy payment options, including Credit Cards
(Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Personal Checks (we
cannot ship until your check has cleared), Certified Checks and Money Orders.

Q. 3. What is Scopes4U's freight
policy/shipping options and how quickly will I receive my order?
A. Shipping is by UPS Ground only with a
Shipping and Handling flat rate of $8.95 per order for orders under $100.
Orders of $100 or more (pre tax amount) will receive
free shipping and handling.
Orders will generally be received within 5 to 7 business days. We currently
ship only to the 48 Continental States. We will have the ability to ship
to Alaska and Hawaii in the near future and Internationally somewhat later.
Orders received by noon PST will be shipped the same day except Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays, those orders will be shipped the following business day.
Q. 4. What are the business hours at Scopes4U.
A. You may order online and by fax 24/7 and by phone Monday thru
Saturday 7am to 8pm, Pacific Time. If you get our answering service, please
leave your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Q. 5. Is there a minimum order policy at
Scopes4U?
A. There is no minimum order.
Q. 6. How can I find out the status of an
order?
A. By clicking on the Order Tracking Tab at the top of any Page
and then entering your order number in the designated space. Click on Done.
Q. 7. Does Scopes4U offer any type of
warranty on the products it sells?
A. Scopes4U is not a warranty repair station, and therefore MAKES
NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by
the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All
requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly
to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to
avoid delays.
Q. 8. How can I return a product?
A. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization, and may
be subject to a 10 percent restocking charge. Customers will be responsible
for return shipping costs. Return authorization can be requested by calling
